All services are cash-pay. Please be aware that services can only be paid using a credit or debit card. This does include HSA and FSA cards as well.
For your initial online visit we'll temporarily process a $10 deposit to validate your card and the remaining balance of $139 will be charged 24 hours before the appointment. For all future visits, the payment will be auto-charged to the card on file 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment time.
If your card is denied for insufficient funds or incorrect information, your appointment may be canceled. Please make sure your card information is correct and that you have sufficient funds on your account to ensure you have a smooth experience.
At this time, providers do not accept any of the following as a form of payment:
- Bank routing and account numbers
- Digital payments such as PayPal or ApplePay
- Insurance- you may request a superbill for reimbursement
