Each practitioner on our platform provides services in accordance with its policies, appropriate standard of care, and their own personal practice requirements. Depending on the circumstances of your particular case, there may be a range of possible outcomes to your visit. In many cases, mental health services or treatment will be provided under a treatment plan, while some cases it may result in a referral or recommendation to receive care in an alternative setting. 

If you have canceled your visit within the cancellation policy guidelines or are unable to receive mental health services and the provider is unable to recommend treatment in an alternative setting, you may choose to request a refund. Refunds must be requested within seven days of your scheduled visit. 

If you would like to request a refund, you may contact your provider about the refund or contact customer support. If a request is submitted to support, please allow 7 business days for us to review your case. A customer service agent will reach out for more information and will email you once a decision has been made.
