Providers want to make this process, easy, affordable and accessible. They are board-certified psychiatric mental health practitioners who are experienced in evaluating ADHD/ADD, anxiety, depression and insomnia.
Before your initial visit, you will receive an intake form and assessment that will help your provider understand your health history and current struggles. You can submit your previous medical records to your provider inside the patient portal.
The initial consultation is to take a deeper look at your current symptoms and treatment goals. Your provider will spend the majority of the time listening to your concerns, presenting treatment options, then helping you come to a decision on a treatment plan that works best for you.
Your one-time $149 payment includes:
- 30 minute initial online visit with a provider you choose.
- Certified evaluation report (available upon request).*
- A prescription, if applicable (medication cost is not included; you may use your insurance as usual when picking up from your local pharmacy).**
