During your initial visit, your provider will evaluate you and give a recommended treatment plan. Your first dose of medication, if prescribed, will be issued during your initial appointment. Issuance of the medication is covered by the $149 initial visit cost. The cost of your medication itself is a separate cost and can be covered by insurance, or discounted by a coupon.

If you do not have insurance, you may try GoodRX.com, which offers discounts on prescription drugs. You may also speak with your provider about a discount savings card as well. Your medication(s) costs are always separate from the appointment dues. You will need to pay for the medication at the pharmacy you choose. In nearly all cases, the cost of your medication(s) is covered by your insurance.*

Depending on your personalized treatment plan, you will be scheduled for a follow-up, in-person appointment, or refill only. Follow-up appointments are $59, in person visits can range from $99-$250, and refill only is $25. Typically, follow-ups are scheduled before your next refill is due. Please discuss in-person visit requirements with your provider so they can provide feedback, as they vary by state. In some cases, providers may schedule follow-up visits as soon as 2 weeks to see how the medication may be affecting you. We recommend communicating with your provider about your treatment plan and your visit frequency.

*Some insurance companies may require a prior authorization (PA) for certain medications, which may cause delays in pick-up at your pharmacy.
